Fix That Flat! Handy tips on how to fix your bike tire in mere minutes (sans the screaming, cursing part)

Whenever I need to get some simple, but sound advice on any outdoorsy topic, I seem to always turn to REI first (while waiting on friends to weigh in with some good advice). They just know their stuff... so ... since the snow has melted and the temps are up... many of you will be taking the indoor cycling outdoors. You should know how to fix a flat... just in case...and just in case you don't want to ask "that" biker dude or know it all in your cycling club for assistance. You'll look oh so knowledgeable and be the super Enduramom I know that you are.



Of course, this guy is unbelievably calm...unlike most of us who might have to kick the tire a few and yell at it before applying said fix. Way to go REI-Man for staying calm under pressure.
